Grade100 Self-locking Hook & Hammerlock for Towing Chain / Trailer chain.

Hook fitted with chain, plus 2 extra Hammerlocks on the tow bar. When towing, open the hook to connect it to the Hammerlock on the tow bar.

The picture shows only one chain ( 2 hammerlocks and 1 hook included), but each trailer should use two chains.
Why choose this size, 6mm grade 100? Because the physical dimensions are smaller compared to the yellow hooks, which are 8mm for 3500kg.

Each kit contains:

4 x Hammerlocks (Hammer pin included) (available in Silver and Black)

2 x Eye Self Locking Safety Hooks with Latch (only available in silver) 

Hammerlock size: 

8mm WLL 2,500kg, Breaking Force 10,000kg

Self-locking Eye Hook size:

6mm WLL 1,400kg, Breaking Force 5,600kg

Can be used together with BOTH Chain 4177-25 (10mm) and 4177-35 (13mm). 

This setup suits a Trailer with an ATM up to 3700kg (perfectly with 2500kg and 3500kg). 

 Trailer chain extender ( chain extend) for 4177-35 or 4177-25
